Jason G. Sanders
Jason leads the Flycast team. He provides a platform for the success of a highly-skilled group of executive recruiters and researchers that provide the highest quality service to our clients.
Jason has over 20 years of experience conducting executive searches for world class consulting organizations in a wide variety of industries and functions. He began his search career in a family business, where he successfully conducted retained searches for Practice Leaders, Partners and Senior Managers. Jason has consistently looked for ways to apply new technologies to the process of executive search providing visionary leadership to Ivy Exec’s executive recruiting practice as well as Flycast’s.
Jason conducts highly-interactive workshops to help executives improve their ability to identify and win business and employment opportunities. He worked for Lehman Brothers early in his career and holds Master’s degrees in history from Brandeis and Binghamton Universities.
Catherine Palma leads the recruiting efforts for Flycast and oversees the efforts of the company’s research team. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, and training and development. She spent four years as Director of Research for CEO Resources, Inc., a boutique retained executive search firm. In this role she served as a one-person research department supporting both the account management and business development staff.
Prior to joining CEO Resources, Cathy worked in Marketing and Corporate Communications for Infonautics, Inc., the Philadelphia region’s first internet company, where she experienced firsthand its rapid growth from 32 to over 200 employees in two years. Previously, Cathy held positions in Human Resources at Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals and SpectaGuard, Inc.
Cathy holds an MA in Theatre Arts from Villanova University, along with a BMEd and a BS in Communications and Theater from Evangel University. She remains active in the local performing arts community, having served in a volunteer capacity as the Managing Director of Infinity Theatre Company and founding Board Member of Valley Forge Children’s Theater.
Cathy oversees the operations of Flycast, as well as recruiting and researching candidates for our clients.
Employing a strong leadership focus and commitment to positive change, Cathy has established and continues to maintain a reputation as a proactive HR leader – one who is not afraid to make tough decisions to drive the ongoing health and wellness of business.
The cornerstone of her success stems not only from her ability to conceptualize creative ideas and take necessary risks, but also her skills in evaluating opportunities, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and making decisions.
Proactive in approach, she ensures the ongoing health of an organization and the productivity of employees through a motivating and inspiring management style. She doesn’t run from challenges, but rather to them, focusing her efforts in areas that need improvement and gaining support from stakeholders to execute programs that deliver lasting value.
Cathy holds an MBA in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management from Ramapo College. She holds the elite designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, HR People & Strategy, New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group, and SHRM of Central New Jersey.
Lorraine conducts candidate research and supports the sales efforts of Flycast. Before joining the company, Lorraine worked in the marketing function of Procter & Gamble in Switzerland. She worked with a Swiss internet start-up in the early 2000’s.
Lorraine has travelled the world and taught English in various countries. She is a world traveler, speaks five languages and has a deep interest in yoga.
