About 20 years ago, Jason Sanders joined his family’s retained executive search business and began recruiting consultants for a wide variety of consulting organizations. This included major engagements for Accenture, Bain and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as a diverse group of international firms, specialty practices and internal consulting groups.

He assumed leadership for the company around 2004 and integrated the use of new technologies to identify candidates, while continuing to build relationships with consulting industry leaders. During that time, we placed Partners and Senior Managers and searched for new methods of recruiting so that we could serve clients at all levels.

Then in 2011, one of our clients gave us a fresh, new idea. They asked us to provide them candidates on an ongoing basis for a flat monthly fee instead of the percentage-based model we had been accustomed to. We resisted at first, but we saw how well it worked once we got started and the foundation for Flycast was born.

Flycast uses an uncommon delivery model to recruit the very best management consultants. We introduce qualified, pre-screened, interested candidates to our clients. Once introduced, our clients oversee their interview processes independently. This method means more candidates, greater objectivity and lower costs.
